Our Story
Harfington is a ceramic tea brand created by Guangzhou Qijiahao Network Technology Co., Ltd. It began with a quiet moment that many of us know: a warm cup in your hands, a few minutes to yourself, and the feeling that the day can wait a little longer.
Our founder works in Guangzhou, a city that never seems to slow down. Between busy mornings and late evenings, she found that the small ritual of making tea was one of the few moments that felt like her own. Whisking matcha, setting the whisk on its holder to dry, and pouring a cup are simple steps, but they asked her to slow down. She noticed how much those small objects mattered: a holder that sits steadily on the table, a cup that feels comfortable to hold. And she wondered why it was so hard to find them in one place, with clear details and honest descriptions.
Why We Chose Tea Whisk Holders and Cups
Tea whisk holders and cups may look like small things, but they sit at the center of a daily ritual. Our founder believes that the objects we use each day shape how the day feels. That is why we chose to focus on ceramic tea whisk holders and cups, and why we built Harfington around them: to offer pieces that support a calm moment, whether it lasts five minutes or an entire afternoon.
The Road So Far
The path was not smooth. In the early days, our team faced many setbacks: samples that did not match what we had imagined and had to be redone, glazes that looked different from one batch to the next, and long conversations about whether a small tea brand could find its place. There were moments when giving up looked like the easier choice.
What kept us going was a simple question: would this make someone's quiet moment a little better? Each time the answer was yes, we went back to the details, from the shape of a cup to the size of a holder to the way each piece is packed for its journey. Those lessons shape every product we offer today.
Who We Are
We are a small group of people from Guangzhou who share a love for slow mornings and simple rituals. Some of us come from product and sourcing backgrounds, and others from shipping and customer care. We are not a large corporation, and we do not want to be a distant one. When you write to us, a real person reads your message.
What We Believe
- A daily ritual does not need to be complicated to be meaningful.
- Clear information matters. We describe our products plainly, including dimensions, capacity, and materials, so you know what you are getting.
- Honest service matters. We explain our policies in simple terms and stand behind them.
